Walden Local's partner farms are all located in the Northeast, and all of their beef cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished (no corn, soy, or grain, ever) and humanely handled. They also dry age their beef a minimum of 7-14 days. Their heritage cross breed pigs are raised outdoors on pasture and forest land during the growing season and are always handled using humane handling techniques.
