In Connecticut, Housing is a Double-Edged Sword
Earlier this month, the Partnership for Strong Communities released its annual report on housing access and affordability in Connecticut. We also sit down with WNPR contributor Susan Campbell to see how local zoning regulations are impacting where and how people live in Connecticut.
