Lawmakers in Hartford still have no state budget in place — and that’s creating widespread fiscal uncertainty for cities and towns across Connecticut.
This hour, we hear from municipal leaders about how they’re responding.
We find out what the budget impasse could means for schools, police departments and other local services. Betsy Gara, Executive Director of the Connecticut Council of Small Towns joins us as well as municipal leaders from Durham to New London.
And later, we hear from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle about efforts to forge a budget that both parties can agree on.
