As a part of the Connecticut Summer at the Museum program, the Danbury Railway museum is offering free admission to children 18 and under, plus an accompanying adult.

United Way first launched backpack giveaways 26 years ago, and while many parents continue to need the basics, growing inflation and demographic changes have also impacted United Way’s work.

The idea for this unusual performance was conceived by a patron, in honor of her husband's 90th birthday. The search for the right location was a challenge, partly because symphony officials had to find a church where the organ was in the front.
