Hartford Public Schools Continue In-Person Learning, Report Coronavirus Cases are 'Steady Overall'

Hartford Public Schools announced Monday that they will continue in-person classes into next week and then reevaluate, in case any changes need to be made to their current model. Despite an increase in coronavirus cases in the last few weeks, both Mayor Luke Bronin and Superintendent Dr. Leslie Torres-Rodriguez assure residents that they have been working closely with health officials and the cases are "steady overall." While a shift in models is likely in the future, they would like to offer in-person classes for as long as safely possible.
