A Republican Budget Passes, Soon To Be Vetoed

President Donald Trump vowed, during a speech at the United Nations on Tuesday, to "destroy North Korea" if it threatens the U.S.

Critics of the Cassidy-Graham health care bill say it "could end health care for millions." And what does it mean for the Trump administration that former campaign chairman Paul Manafort was the target of a special FISA warrant?

This hour, we also tackle the latest on the state budget. After a Republican-backed budget was passed (thanks to the "defection" of several Democrats), Malloy promises a veto. But the governor also said it's time to have the "courage to compromise."

And is a casino in Bridgeport really on the table?
