What Happens When Social Consciousness Meets Art?

This hour, a panel of local artists join us for an in-depth conversation about social consciousness and the arts. Together, they share how visual and performing arts have been and continue to be used as vehicles for positive change. 

A few upcoming events:

Artists for World Peace will present its Second International Celebration of Peace on Thursday, May 1 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm at the Wadsworth Mansion in Middletown. This event is a fundraiser. Ticket and event information is available at artistsforworldpeace.org.

GMChorale with Chamber Ensemble presents the Connecticut premiere of the Beatitude Mass for the Homeless on May 3 at 7:00 pm at the MHS Performing Arts Center in Middletown. For more information, visit gmchorale.org.
