Iraqi Envoy: Martial Law May Be Needed to Secure Country

Rend al-Rahim, the designated Iraqi Ambassador to the United States, says the country's new government is considering instituting martial law after the handover of power to the Iraqis Wednesday. Hear NPR's Andrea Seabrook and Rahim.
