Actor Hal Holbrook has died at the age of 95. Holbrook spent more than six decades playing Mark Twain in a one-man show -- often raising funds for the Mark Twain House and Museum in Hartford. Most recently, Holbrook celebrated his 90th birthday in 2015 by reprising his Twain role in Hartford as a fundraiser for his character's house.
In a statement on Facebook, the museum called Holbrook "a tremendous friend."
Holbrook was also known for roles in films including All the President's Men, Into The Wild and Lincoln.
