Valentine's Day is a month away, and we want to hear your love stories.

Did you meet your future partner in a cinematic meet-cute? Are your anniversaries celebrated in an eccentric fashion? Do you have a unique dish that only you and your soulmate know how to make? Did you find true love when your friends became your family?

However you found love or share love each year, we want to spotlight the unique love stories that have shaped your heart. Fill out this form to tell NPR about your unique love story, and we may be in touch for an upcoming story.
