Good morning. I'm Leila Fadel. You know the feeling - you're relaxing at home and, ding, a message from the boss asking you to review something before tomorrow's meeting. In California, that may have to stop. Assemblyman Matt Haney proposed a bill that would give the state's residents the right to ignore after-hour messages. The bill's already facing some opposition, but not from me. My editor sent me this news Sunday night, and I acted like this bill was already law all the way here in D.C. and ignored it.
