We love colonial hearth cooking so much, we offering a kids' course!! Young cooks will learn authentic historical food preparation and cooking skills while preparing some sumptuous treats to enjoy! Recipe selections include apple tart, Portugal cakes, long rolls, vegetable stew, roasted chicken, cranberry scones, candied almonds, and pounded cheese.
*Due to the nature of historic cooking utensils, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
