What do we mean when we refer to “food as medicine?” Can food heal you, or prevent future illness?  On Tuesday, March 21st at 6:00 pm, join us at Healing Meals in Simsbury to learn how changes in your diet may be able to improve your health and prevent disease.  This evening’s speaker, Ayelet Connell, PhD, is not only our Executive Chef and Program Manager, but also a nationally recognized natural health expert, Paleo and gluten-free coach and blogger.
