New Hampshire Colleges Face Surge in Reports of Anxiety, Depression Among Students

The 2016 election has been a source of significant stress for many Americans across the political spectrum.

Some college campuses are hosting post-Election Day decompression events to help students process and absorb the results.

Unlike previous generations, today’s young adults are more likely to report anxiety and depression.

Campus mental health centers have said they’re struggling to keep up with demand.

With a break from election news, New Hampshire Public Radio's Sheryl Rich-Kern has the story.

Federal funding is gone.

Congress has eliminated all funding for public media.
