Predictably, it’s already been suggested that the recent mass shooting in Colorado was more an issue of mental health than anything else. Kathy Flaherty of the Connecticut Legal Rights Project says that kind of thinking tends to be both a mistake and harmful to people with psychiatric disabilities.
