The 'Weinstein Ripple Effect' can be seen in the dozens of powerful men brought down by accusations of sexual misconduct in recent weeks by women who feel they put up and shut up for too long.
The accusations that cross occupational, political, and generational lines have shifted power in the direction of women who suddenly realize the magnitude of their collective abuse.
How will we best understand how the abuses of these men shaped their fields of work and the paths of others who were silenced or blocked from that same work? Do we remove them, erase their legacy, banish them from public view and destroy them, much like we removed Confederate monuments? Or, is there another way?
