Marines Await Call to Attack Fallujah

U.S. Marines are making final preparations for an offensive against Fallujah, a stronghold of insurgents in Iraq. A 60-day state of emergency was called Sunday for most of the nation. NPR's Anne Garrels reports.

Federal funding is gone.

Congress has eliminated all funding for public media.
