Keanu Reeves' band Dogstar will release its first album in 23 years

(SOUNDBITE OF DOGSTAR'S "EVERYTHING TURNS AROUND")

LEILA FADEL, HOST:

Good morning. I'm Leila Fadel.

Dogstar has announced its first album in 23 years. Why do we care about the reunion of this '90s alt-rock band? Because actor Keanu Reeves is their bass player.

(SOUNDBITE OF SONG, "EVERYTHING TURNS AROUND")

DOGSTAR: (Singing) Everything turns around.

FADEL: The band says in a press release that they hope their new single, "Everything Turns Around," brings a positive vibe that makes your day a little lighter. Dogstar's most excellent tour starts next month.
