The first week of testimony wraps in the federal child safety case against Meta

Week one of the landmark federal child safety trial against Meta is over. Four states are alleging that Meta violated consumer and child data protection laws and hid the risks its platforms risk.

Federal funding is gone.

Congress has eliminated all funding for public media.

That means $2.1 million per year that Connecticut Public relied on to deliver you news, information, and entertainment programs you enjoyed is gone.
