Changes to WNPR Weekend Schedule
Starting on October 1, 2017, the following changes will be made to WNPR's weekend programming:
Taking the place of Car Talk will be It’s Been a Minute with Sam Sanders. (Saturdays at 10:00 am)
BBC NewsHour Extra will replace Studio 360 and join our other BBC offerings - BBC World Service, Topline, and The Inquiry - leading into Weekend Edition on Saturday mornings. (Saturday at 7:00 am)
On Sunday afternoon, listen for WNPR’s block of programming exploring pop culture and big ideas. Following Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me will be:
- Ask Me Another (12:00 pm) (replacing A Prairie Home Companion)
- Bullseye (1:00 pm) (replacing A Prairie Home Companion)
- Studio 360 (2:00 pm) (Replacing Ask Me Another)
- On the Media (3:00 pm)
- TED Radio Hour (4:00 pm)
- Weekend All Things Considered (5:00 pm)
Dinner Party Download will replace Bullseye and air on Saturday evenings. (8:00 pm)
A Prairie Home Companion rebroadcast will move to Sunday evenings, replacing Latino USA and From the Top (9-11:00 pm). Listen for From the Top which will replace A Way With Words (11:00 pm). Latino USA can now be heard on Thursdays, replacing Bullseye. (11:00 pm)
