A weekend opportunity to reconnect, rejuvenate, and restore! You’ll be treated to farm fresh meals and have an opportunity to partake in a wide variety of wellness and fitness opportunities during both structured and unstructured times. You get to choose amongst a variety of offerings including yoga, meditation, trail running, and group fitness classes for each of the 4 workshop times throughout the weekend. Additionally, you’ll have opportunities to explore the trails and river, connect with new and old friends, and find peace amongst nature with the Maine fall foliage as a serene backdrop.
