State Still On Track For Phase 3 Reopening

During a public appearance Wednesday, Governor Ned Lamont said he will go forward with Phase 3 of coronavirus reopening tomorrow. Restaurants, hair salons and libraries can increase the number of customers allowed inside from 50 percent to 75 percent of their normal capacity. Indoor performing arts venues will be able to reopen, but with only half as many people in the audience as they would normally be allowed to have.
