WNPR Investigation: Federal SEC Subpoenas Hartford City Treasurer Adam Cloud

Federal investigators from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission have subpoenaed campaign finance disclosures from Hartford Treasurer Adam Cloud. Cloud currently serves as city treasurer, and is running again.
The subpoena, dated July 20, 2015, was sent to the city just days before Hartford Democrats met to endorse a candidate for the upcoming election. Cloud was indeed endorsed as the party's candidate for city treasurer.
Hartford's city clerk provided to WNPR the campaign finance documents that were submitted by Cloud's campaign. The documents are available below in PDF form.
