When Will Professional Baseball Come to Hartford?

Jeff Cohen
The prospect of professional baseball in Hartford this year remains in question.

Minor League Baseball’s Eastern League has its All-Star Game in two weeks. Fortunately, that game wasn’t scheduled to be held in Hartford where the Yard Goats baseball stadium is still not completed.

This hour, we talk with Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin and other officials to find out where things stand in the stadium process. We also get an update on the city’s budget and take your comments and questions for the mayor.

  • Luke Bronin - Mayor of Hartford, Connecticut
  • Jeff Cohen - WNPR's capital region reporter
  • Jason Rudnick - Manager of DoNo Hartford LLC
  • Robert Landino - CEO of Centerplan Cos.
