Twenty Years After Sheff v. O'Neill

It's been 20 years since Connecticut's landmark Sheff v. O'Neill ruling, which said that segregation in Hartford schools was unconstitutional. This hour, we dive into an investigation by The Hartford Courant about how some neighborhood schools are still struggling, and how Sheff didn't solve the challenge of school integration. 

Also, we talk taxes. There are proposals in the state legislature to tax sugary beverages, plastic bags, and carbon. 

And Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen is concerned about the legal and financial risks of giving state tribes exclusivity to a third casino. 

All this, controversial parking meters in Bridgeport, and Trump tax returns.
