Pardon Me: Season 2, Episode 2 -- It's Been A Good Week

The House will transmit its Article of Impeachment charging former President Trump with "incitement of insurrection" to the Senate on Monday.

We still don't know if the trial will begin next week or if Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell will make a deal that allows the Biden Administration to install a Cabinet and let the former president work on his defense. Either way, Schumer assures us that there will be a trial.

In the meantime, more than a dozen Republican senators want to dismiss the impeachment trial before it begins, based on the disputed claim that it's unconstitutional to try an ex-president. And House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is walking back his prior claim that Trump incited the riot at the Capitol.

Today, we look at what's required to prove "incitement" and we look back on the fashion legacy of Trump. We also bring you factoids with Chion Wolf and our first second-season AccuFrankie dispatch from reporter Frankie Graziano.
