The new season kicks off in 1971 as several of the ladies embrace Women’s Lib and burn their bras outside Nonnatus House. Over the year, the team handles challenging cases including premature birth, placenta previa, kidney cancer, tuberculosis, and slavery. With cast including Jenny Agutter, Judy Parfitt, Helen George, Laura Main, Stephen McGann, Cliff Parisi, Linda Bassett, and Georgie Glen.
