Grated nutmeg

  1. Shake Gin and Coole Swan over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with grated nutmeg. 

 
 
Brandy Alexander
1 part Brandy (Felipe II)
2 parts Coole Swan
Ice
Grated chocolate

  1. Shake the Brandy and Coole Swan over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with grated chocolate.
