Emojis Make The Nose :)

It's time for our cultural roundtable, The Nose! Insert smiling cat face with heart-shaped eyes. With 250 new emoji coming to a phone near you, we think it's time to give these tiny additions to our written language a face with stuck-out tongue and winking eye. Don't go all Hear No Evil Monkey on us!

We also talk about Zach Danger Brown, who wanted to raise $10.00 on Kickstarter to make a potato salad. As of this posting, he's up to almost $44,000, and there's still 22 days left in the campaign. What should he do with the money, especially when Kickstarter's terms of service say that you can't use funds for charity? When so many people struggle to pay the rent, what does this tongue-in-cheek joke say about what we do with our money?
