Professor Wiseman entrusts George with Lucky, a tiny kitten too young to take care of herself. Lucky quickly falls in love with Hundley, but the feelings aren't mutual -- Hundley is allergic to cats! Lucky is inconsolable, having to stay away from her new friend, so George decides to build a substitute dog for Lucky. Can George use his engineering skills to create an exact replica of Hundley?
